The dogs actually love this space. When we first brought them into the space they walked in their willingly on their own and fell asleep. During the day when the door is left open they spend all their time there as well. The floor is tiled and there is a floor drain so you could clean it if a puppy ever had a mess.

Dogs feel more secure in a smaller space. And if you give your dog more room than to turn around and lay down the will go to the bathroom in the crate.

I think Robin is wrong, this is awesome. What a nice, clean, cozy, warm place for a pet to sleep.

I love the dog crate. What is the wire you used for the door? I need something sturdy for dog paw scraping. :-)
