My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your inquiry. The floor featured on the picture is our exclusive Victorian™ Collection 7-1/4" European French Oak hardwood floor, hand scraped, hand beveled, hand distressed, dyed and stained in custom Vanee Walnut clolor, triple hardwaxed. The final wood color is achieved by hand application of multiple dyes, stains and oils. Unfortunately the recipe for this color is our company secret.
