These look like cement tiles, and if you google cement tiles you will see lots of choices. Sometimes it takes 4 tiles to make a pattern, and the corners and borders can be different.

Walker Zanger has a lot of tiles like this, and they certainly are pretty, but are more than likely quite spendy if you use a lot of them.
