For the bathrooms, I chose my tiles first, before choosing the cabinet colors. I think once you have committed to your tile choices, it will be easier to select the cabinet colors.

As a side note, while naming kitchen cabinet colors after food flavors sounds appealing, it just does not sound right for bathroom cabinet colors. "Off-white" and "dark brown" just sounds better.

Check with your cabinet provider and see if you can "borrow" a door to take home and see if the color will work. All colors look different in different areas and under different types of light.

Don't feel compelled to coordinate bathroom cabinets with kitchen. They should all go with the style of the house, but they don't need to be the same (unless of course you have a limited choice from the builder).

By "chocolate brown" do you mean a dark stain or brown paint? If it's brown paint, I'd pass. :)
