I'm looking for "Interior" window treatment.

Since you want to be able to look outside of this window how about a blind or shade that opens from the bottom. Or curtains hung with the rod three quarters to the top of the window, then use a scarf across the top if you want. You can still peek out the top.

Plantation shutters and wood blinds are interior window treatments. Since you are using quotation marks on either side of the word interior, are you applying a different meaning that we just aren't getting? Are you talking about those windows that have blinds built into the panes of the window?

Another option are blinds/shades/whatevers that can cover from the bottom up. They're versatile for looking out but can offer privacy to people in the room when just the bottom is covered.

If you have the room inside the window (you don't want to cover your beautiful trim), you can install regular shutters or two inch wood (or faux wood) blind or a natural woven shade. We have a similar window on the front of our house that is a in a bathroom and we use a faux wood blind installed on the inside. When the bathroom is in use, we close it and then open it the rest of the time for good light. We also have another bathroom with the same situation and we used a natural woven shade mounted on the inside. As a point of information, what every you choose the look should probably match all the windows on the front.. I just looked at your pics again and I think you should be able to do an interior mount. Check out Lowes or Home Depot or Smith & Noble (online). Make sure you understand how to measure the window. BTW - beautiful bathroom, nice home - congratulations!
