For a calm, serene feel, try Benjamin Moore Grantham Blue. It is a soft blue that has grey undertones so it doesn't look like baby blue.

Also look into the " Nova Scotia blue"

BM Nantucket Gray is a nice sagey green. I just used it in a bedroom. Love you comforter.

J is right - what's on the floor? So for a serene room ... Not too many elements of color or style. If the rug is in the neutral/blue range, stay with a blue.....then add "ACCENTS" in the kiwi green (so tired of POP of color). You r making right choice for paint color last, although I like to make the decorator choices together as one exercise. it's always paint last - there are millions of options.

When I have time, I gather all the components: inspiration piece or pictures, tile, counters, flooring, curtain/fabric samples, and paint ideas. Just finished 2 bathroom Reno and made art/room boards on cardboard to help me review and live with decisions. It was easy to change out items that might not work. I'm a sucker for names of paint: SW steamed milk is a warm white neutral; cayenne is a great accent.

Since you want all walls the same, match one of the blues. - then go lighter 2 or 3 shades. If it goes with rug....walls & rugs are big delivery of color. I love the kiwi , here's a satin ruffle pillow from P-1, yummy. It's been in 2 bedrooms and now the LR. Good luck.

Sooner of later you'll get tired of the bedspread so I'd go with a white. I'd like to see more photos of the room.

Thanks everyone lots of great ideas. The bedding is from Quilts Etc. And the floor is currently a neutral beige carpet but will be changed out to a dark wood.

Going back to the green ...its the background of nature but then so is blue on a nice clear day :)

If you are lucky enough to have greenery outside your window, then combined with the blue on the walls, beige carpet and your lovely bedding- you will get it all :)
