This is the covered back porch at our weekend get-away on Lake Talquin, Florida. It currently has indoor/outdoor carpeting and floor to roof screens. When it rains, the rain soaks the carpet and since we aren't there full time yet, the carpet gets mildewed. We end up pressure washing it and hoping it doesn't rain again before it dries. Our long range plan is to replace it with a hard product, but don't want anything that will be slick to walk on when it gets wet. Suggestions?
