My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Did you install an HVAC system in this condo?

If you installed an HVAC system, where did you vent it? This building doesn't seem to have any unit-specific exhaust holes.

    We installed a mini split air conditioning system with small fan coil units on the deck and vertical blower units in the walls - you're correct there is not enough room in the ceilings. I would suggest contacting a reputable contractor to complete the work - I don't have any recommendations for these trades as they are typically hired by our general contractors.
