width 18, depth 37, height 17 - are these the measurements of the cloth or the whole bench?

Height from the floor to seat is 17", length of the seat and back is 37" and depth of the seat is 17"

What is the height from the floor to the top of the back (the overall height of the bench)? Also, basically the length is 37" and could fit approx 2 average sized people ? Thks!
