Classic looking offset vanity top?

I'm planning out a bathroom remodel for a 1920s Craftsman bungalow, trying to stay pretty true to the style with subway tile bathtub surround, hex tile on the floor, etc. Was planning and excited about a pedestal sink, but after drawing everything up and looking at available storage and counter space I've decided to go with a 36" vanity that my contractor is going to build. Something similar to this but with the drawers on the left side and painted white:

So that's been decided. What I'm stuck on is the vanity top. I really like the idea of a ceramic/porcelain vanity top with integral sink like shown in the picture above: it seems classic and most similar to a pedestal sink. BUT, I want the sink to be offset to the right to give more counterspace. It seems to me that this would be a pretty common request, but my search for ceramic vanity top with offset sink in a classic look has turned up next to nothing.

So now I'm looking at alternatives. I know Carrera marble is period, but I want something fairly low maintenance (hence the ceramic!) and I don't know that I would treat marble well enough. There's going to be a lot of white in the bathroom, so I'm not sure a darker granite would be a good fit either.

What would people recommend to me for an offset vanity top for a Craftsman period-ish bathroom? So many of the man-made products look too modern (or cheap) to me. I'm totally open to going custom as long as it doesn't break the bank. A custom ceramic/porcelain solution would be ideal but I'm open to anything.

Thanks!
