My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am leaning towards these elements in my new house decor:
- natural, renewable material
- plastics can be used if they are being reused or repurposed materials
- low platform bed, without sharp edges, more zen
- natural lighting
- bring outdoors in, lots of greenery
- colors white, green, grey, slate
