This is a condo on Miami Beach and therefore the windows are provided by the developer.

Sorry but I do not have this information.

There isn't likely tint on the windows ... it's the bluish hue from the low E glass they installed on the windows and doors. Your best bet if looking for something similar will be LLumar's Air Blue 80 film as it has a very slight bluish look it and is almost clear (80% light transmittance)
