Help identify these two i picked up

Sorry I really don't know the best place to post these identify questions of mine, this category seems to be closest to my situation.

Here's two I picked up at the flower show, I don't speak the local language so i have no info. One looks like a pine of some sort with flat leaves and the other is a plant I've seen before that grows taller and has white flowers.
