“ECS Construction provided services for a first floor remodel including a brand new kitchen, family room, half bath, updated entryway, and minor updates to living room and dining room. Also added a covered patio and 2nd floor balcony off master bedroom and office. ECS Construction exceeded our expectations. We received high quality service from the owner and subcontractors. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. The owner kept an open line of communication at all times, and he and his team worked hard to not only complete the work on time but also make sure the renovation went as smoothly as possible. Remodels are stressful! The owner was easy to talk to, fair, reasonable, and never lost his cool. The finished product was everything we hoped for and much more. Price wise, I would rate ECS as somewhere in the middle...not the most expense or the cheapest. But the cost was well worth it in the end. We are very proud of our new kitchen, balcony and first floor remodel and plan to use ECS in the future for our second floor guest bathroom and landscaping projects.”

In addition, raised a ceiling, reworked beams that came out beautifully and just overall added great suggestions to the design process. He was attentive from the very beginning in listening to my ideas and concerns and providing a detailed budget to the follow through on the project. His crew Jon and Mikey were fantastic dealing with two people and a dog living in the reno space. They worked with me on many of the design aspects and purchasing materials that were quality and cost efficient. I am thrilled with the work that is done and look forward to work with them in the future.”
