Mine are too, but in past years of heavy snow, they've always bounced back into shape when the temps rose above 50 for a continued length of time.

They will spring back if you tie them up, for a bit this Spring. Use Natural jute twine. Next winter, do yourself a favor and tie them up before snow hits. It does not take long to do, and it makes a huge difference.
