What would be a rough estimate to move a garage forward approximately 10-15 feet, and then finish the back into a mud room? What if we wanted to add a half bathroom in the mud room? The grade of the driveway where we would extend has a slight downward slope toward the garage. This would allow the garage to be flush with the other end of the house, and provide much needed storage we need in our 1959 ranch.
