Hey everyone - I appreciate the help in advance.

I'm in Charlotte NC - 2 yr old lawn - started from sod -
fescue (tall fescue?)

Was cored and overseeded (scotts tall fescue) this past fall

Now I have large patches of bright, lime green grass
throughout the yard.

I'm not able to identify it for sure, looking at online
photos, so I took some out and took pictures

Patch 1 (first two pictures ) is very small - side yard -
this patch has little flower/seeds at the top

Patch 2 (last 3 pictures ) is representative of the numerous
patches throughout the main yard. Softer, bright green, grows quickly. Was
showing up over the winter (north carolina winter) really, and started to grow
quickly mid/late february.

I've put down crab grass killer, broadleaf killer.
