I just recently ordered a cutting from them and I also didn't receive any confirmation / notification right away but I want to say, maybe a week later I got a shipping notification saying my cutting was going to be sent. It was sent UPS, they sent it on a Monday and got to me on Thursday (CA to TX). The cutting was nice and fat and was already callused, one tip, it looked very nice.

They are reputable and I know several people on here have done business with them before as well. So no worries, you ordered from a good place!

Nice! Thank you for your review. Actually 2 min after I posted this I received an email back from them about my order. Most website automatically send a confirmation or receipt and they didn't so I was a little nervous, I have had bad orders with other online companies. I just ordered some seeds from them. I want to grow quite a few so I am hoping that I can get 8 of the 12 seeds to grow. I want to have a quite little grove of them and some orange trees that I can put a couple of chairs in and relax. After I save up my penny's I might venture to buy a cutting or two. :)

I just received my first plumerias ever yesterday from Upland. A Pudica & a Dwarf Pink Singapore. I never received any shipping confirmation, but they arrived nonetheless. The cuttings are quite nice (not that I have anything to compare to, being a newby) and they each came with a metal foil engraved tag, which was of course unexpected.

Very nice! Thank you for your insight. I haven't planted any of my seeds yet, LIFE! But they did arrive within a week of receiving that email. It's good to know who you can shop from.
