Weed and feed help

I put bonus S weed and feed down a week or so ago and I'm seeing the weeds dying off now. My question is should I still pull all the dead weeds out, or should I just now over it and leave all the trimmings on the lawn, or should I wait till they are all dead dead and then mow? I also want to put down green max, how soon can I do that?
