My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the material used for the shades and sizes of the valances?

    The shades were fabricated by The Shade Store. We used the fabric "Grassweave" in the color "Camel". Height of the valances are 11". They cut the light just enough to make it comfortable at high sun. Hope that helps. Katherine
