Hello - we are purchasing the lot shown below. As you can see it's a triangular shape and I'm struggling with it a bit. We like Texas Hill Country-style homes, one story with high ceilings, exposed beams, etc. We need 3 bedrooms all ensuite, a great room with large dining area, 2 smaller offices and a large kitchen with working pantry. Empty nesters but lots of entertaining and guests. Because the back of the lot is closest to street noise, I am thinking of making the home U shaped, east facing into the trees on that side of the property with covered patio and outdoor kitchen. The driveway must be on the left side and we need a 4 car garage and workshop. So I'm hoping a lot of you are way smarter than I am and have some fantastic ideas because I am just getting nowhere fast. Thanks in advance!
