My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The dimensions listed are given to us by the manufacturer: Overall: 63"W x 31"D x 31"H, Armrest Height: 23"H, Seat Dimensions: 21"W x 16"H. Manufacturer Warranty is 1 year. It ships directly from the manufacturer via truck with curbside delivery. It takes 2-3 days to process the order, then 5 to 7 BUSINESS days for shipping. Curbside shipping is included in the price.
