We might go with a builder that only uses SW paints, otherwise I would definitely have it color matched!

I don't see why they wouldn't be able to have color match done at SW. It doesn't cost them more to do that. The only other way would be for you to get a BM swatch and try to match it with something from SW.

I would think SW can put the BM info in their computer and match it. I know BM and HD can do that with SW paint so can't see why SW wouldn't be able to do it. The only issue you sometimes run into is the base paint that is used to mix can sometimes be slightly different.

From what I've read, any paint company can match a competitors color if they have the color code so look for that on BM's site.

The builder has a selection of about 40 different SW colors that they use exclusively, otherwise I would have SW colormatch for me. I just want to know if there is any SW color that is a good match for BM Wedgewood Gray. Thanks!

Without looking at the actual swatches, I don't think you can compare the colors..you know how the screens can play tricks on the eye,,
