My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could you please tell me when materials were used for the decking?

Is it treated lumber? aluminum railings? Gorgeous! How will you stain? I would LOVE a design similar & live in Rockford...if you'd like to quote

    Cedar decking and rails. Aluminum pickets. Sealed with a clear sealant so the cedar has weathered to more of a grey color. Possible to stain to maintain this color.
