Need recommendations on backsplash colors/types

Redoing my kitchen with Aquario Granite. Cabinets are maple. Any suggestions for pretty backsplash? I'd like some contrast & would love to incorporate sea colors-light green/blues/cream. I know subway tile is popular, but I also like natural stone too. Thanks Houzzers!
