I was surprised to find that some of the Komoriya varieties have large blooms - up to seven inches for Double Holiday.

I think I was buying small yellows, although I got a few others. We'll see how these turn out. I'm hopeful that my Devil's Smile blooms.

Moonshine and Tsukihime(?) are doing their best to restore faith in these bulbs.

I planted several of the larger varieties outside and was pleasantly surprised to see how well the root system had developed in just a couple of months. The bulbs from Komoriya are so much better this year than last.

I see that Komoriya has pulled all of their amaryllis off of eBay. I guess that's it until this fall. Glad I got my last order in.

Many of their plants are offered one time only. My Pink Rascal from last year is blooming now.

All the Rascals were available from the Sonatini.com presale. Orange, Pink, Red, Viridi, White, and Yellow. They are probably STILL available!!

The shipping cost was outrageous for a couple of bulbs. When they sent me the bill, I told them to forget the order. They wanted more for the shipping than the bulbs.

Well...I wasn't going to do a large order until a couple ADDICTS on the list pleaded to combine orders....we reached the maximum number of bulbs for the lowest post rate bracket. People need to ask! Unless there is a large co-op order, it's every man/woman for themselves!
