My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wall color good. Chairs not so much.

I like the wall color. The chairs look terribly impractical for a dining room though. They're white, wide, and heavily upholstered. Not amenable to a relaxed dining experience or to keeping the dining room clean.

    I am the builder! These houses are owned and decorated by my clients, to their own taste. They LOVE the dining room chairs!

      I do like the wall color, the floor pattern, the entryways, and the drapes. Just not the chairs. I recognize that they're a response to individual taste.

      It was custom-mixed on the job. We started with Sherwin Williams "North Star" and then played with the color by adding tints until we got it so that it suited the homeowner.
