Dining room is oversized, kitchen is undersized, bathroom near entrance is oversized and doesn't need a shower, two spare bedrooms have no bath close by, (could convert baths near upper corner bedroom into large family bath with laundry space) laundry room is oversized, master bath is undersized (and who wants to be sitting out in the middle of the room when "visiting the Oval Office") bedroom doors opening off main living areas mean noisy rooms for eventual kids, not ideal, laundry room would make a good master closet space.
