Very pretty color. Does bring back memories of summers on Fire Island!

If you post your question on the discussion side, you'll get lots of advice on repotting. Give information on how you are growing this plant, light, temps, water, mix, etc. Also, a better picture of the plant showing how it is potted now and showing the size of the plant.

Right now I'm enjoying the flowers :) Once they are done, I'll post about repotting and general growing suggestions. Have acquired about a dozen new plants in the past month, so I have a LOT of research to do!

CharlesB - HOW did you do that? I have rotated that photo a dozen times and every time it still posts sideways!!!

Are you taking the photos with a camera or phone.I just ran the photo thru my computers photo editing program,clicked rotate until it was up right,sent it to my desk top them uploaded it here.

When you rotate it to the correct position do you hit done,or just upload the photo?? You need to make sure that you it done or finished or send it to your desktop to kinda make it a new file.

Taking photos with my iPhone. I do save the file after rotating, but for some reason with the new Houzz upload format, if I take the photo as a portrait it won't post correctly. But if I take the photo in landscape, there's no issue. Weird.

Wanted to follow-up on this one.

It's spent the summer outdoors and has a new growth with a sheath. I can feel a little bit of something in the sheath, but it's beginning to get dry. Does anyone know the blooming habit of this one? I've read that some Catts bloom out of dried up sheaths and others from green sheaths. Is there any way to know which one this is?

I think it might come back to the ancestors used to make your hybrid. Perhaps Cattleya auranticia might be one and way back perhaps Cattleya intermedia. So you will have Cattleya Hybrids that flower in Autumn, a fewer number blooming in winter and another flush in spring.

Those dried up looking sheaths should not be fiddled with and most of us have, to the cost of blooms.
