Amazing amaryllis bulbs

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if you guys knew of a good amaryllis bulb that has a shorter dormancy time or one that sends up shoots throuought the year. I'm not sure if there is amaryllis like this so I thought I would get everyone's ideas. I was also curious of everyone's favorite varieties of amaryllis. Thanks

Or any unique varities as well, like interesting stems or variegated leaves

The hybrid H. Santos has variegated leaves, as does H. Autumn Pink Lady from Japan. H. Reticulatum (a species) and H. Mrs. Garfield do as well, but those two have shorter leaves, than the strappy leaves of hybrids.

Several hybrids are scented.
