My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Is this floor/finish difficult to maintain? Is dirt easily visible?

    Such a beautiful floor! We sent a similar one to FLA. The client had it site finished with Rubio Monocoat Pure. The oiled finish can be maintained over time and will look better than a traditional polyurethane as time goes by. Being able to touch up spots is a big oil advantage.
