I have this. It's fine. We did have the thermostat break just out of warranty, which caused it to ice up, clog the drain, and get some water on my hardwood floor. But we noticed it early, and no permanent damage. Cost about $150 to repair. Otherwise it does what it's supposed to do and looks nice.

I've had a very similar Electrolux Icon model, since 2006. No problems at all with it, except a couple times a year I have to clean cat fur outta the filter for it.
