Yes, let some time pass before you decide. It's hard to tell colors accurately in photos, but I don't think it's bad. Maybe I'd repaint the trim, if anything.

Its very close to my favorite lakeside house color. It will probably fade to this shade over time.

I like the green. Not loving the shutters with it. Maybe a grey for the shutters and a different color for the door. Happy lake living!

The green is fine. I'm thinking crayon yellow shutters and a mix of orange and yellow wild flowers out front. An orange door of course.

Computer monitors are not the most accurate way to look at colours, but from what I can see, the colour of your lake house is fine. It looks to be a bluish green and it goes well with the colour of your roof, the bark of the tree in your yard and even the asphalt of the road. I imagine it also looks good with the water of the lake.

To feel happier about the house maybe you just need to pull some more of the house colour into your yard by way of a few grasses, plants or shrubs with blue-green foliage.

Maybe just change trim to a gray.

Our beach cottage is painted Stratton Blue by BM but it shows much more green than blue. We used bright white trim and a color called Semolina by BM for the front door. Accessorized with colorful pillows for our seating and we get a lot of compliments on it. I wouldn't give up just yet!

I think the color of the shutters and door is throwing it off since the roof is so dark. I might try painting them black instead. On my screen, it looks like the garage door is another shade of green and would paint it the same as the house and for added interest, add black iron handles and hinges and add two large black urns on either side of the front door and you may be happy with the overall look.
