Thank you! There are no windows. Our formal dining room is in the middle of the house off of the kitchen. I've attached another picture.

I always like seeing family pictures in a dining room, they can be clustered to provide coverage but also make great conversation pieces for dinner parties. As for the chandelier i agree with the previous comment a drum would be great.

When do you use this room?

A large landscape style mirror would be good to bounce the light round the room.Also some fancy candlesticks on the table or you could put the other set on there too.I agree with decoenthusiaste about the plant in the corner.A large vase of flowers would also look jolly and the Chandelier would cast light on to it to make the flowers' sing". If you took away the runner down the centre of the table you would draw more attention to it.Wood is a lovely thing.Your table looks lovely....naked!
