My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am curious as to the Plantings, bushes, flowers etc. from the front porch to the left and outside the garage…Live in NE so wondering as
this landscaping is in Chicago so they should be HEARTY in NE as well.

    Thanks for your interest in our project. The plantings are a mix of flowering shurbs, evergreens, perennial flowers, ground covers and annuals. We have included Juddi Viburnum, Glencoe Boxwood, Dense Yew, Annabelle Hydrangea, Prairiefire Flowering Crab, Serviceberry, Liriope, Pachysandra and Wave Petunias.
