Hello! This particular faucet did not have the touch technology. However, I used another Brizo faucet that was touch enabled on another project. My client loved it until it stopped working. And she gave up on the touch and it is now a standard faucet. I think the batteries ran out after a few weeks, and at the end of a remodel project, she did not want to go thru with a warranty claim. My plumber also mentioned that he does not like working with them... I love their designs, but I would recommend other brands because of the said experience.
