need help for tile for a small bathroom. Area 5 x 6 with an existing tub across the back of the 5 ' wall. I had wanted to remove the tub but since this will be the only tub on he second floor of 3 bedrooms it will stay

my question is pattern for this area, running square tiles straight or on diagonal

or 12 x 24 tiles vertical or horizontal,? I would like to make the room appear larger.

any suggestions?
