Is the wall treatment a stencil that can be ordered or was it custom?

The details in this room are absolutely perfect and the wall treatment with the use of the Greek Key motif takes the room to another level.

Thank you so much! @tcart04 The oversized Greek Key wainscoting is custom. It was hand painted by a local artist on canvas and then installed in the room. Hopefully you can make it to the Showcase House (if you are local) to see it in person!
