My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    the wood in the seating niche at the entry is CVG doug fir. the wood was milled and crafted from a tree that was on site....so its rather custom. thanks for your question!

    I live in the Shoreline area and we are looking for a green roof installer? Already have the plans and the builders are already building through the step of the waterproof liner. We just need someone to install the plantings, drainage, etc. We would like to use a modular tray system.
