My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is the fireplace wood or gas? And who is the manufacturer of the fireplace door?

    This is a direct-vent gas fireplace made by Heat n Glo. Model CFX-Crescent. The top of the glass door pulls down to make a warming/heating shelf. I believe this fireplace has since been discontinued.
