I think the entire house would look better if all the windows were the same.

However, I do not think there are muntin police, so do what you want.

If you're keeping the current size and configuration, I'm not sure about the grids on smaller windows. As for the picture window, I've seen diagonal grids that work with a solid pane, but not 6 over one.

You could do just the front if it's not a corner lot, but why be inconsistent? It's a major purchase that you'll live with for a long time. If you're unsure, pick another project. You may get a more modern vibe from the house and regret the muntins/mullions.

Leave the muntins out altogether. Without adding much in the way of aesthetics, they would mess up your view and make the windows harder to clean.

Your windows are fairly small so why not leave the muntins off?

whatever you do with the windows in the front you should do in the back, that includes shutters. otherwise back yards look plain and bleak and you arent sure whats missing.
