Lc Schillerianum (aquinii x striata)

I have 2 plants which look quite different. I guess normal for seedling variation. I can't arrange the photos but the 2 strains are evident. both labeled Schillerianum, both from SBOE which is usually very accurate with their labels.

Beautiful colours, correct name is probably Lc. Schilleriana.

from seedlings it is very hard to propgate identically plants

Are those two plants? Or, is the color change on the same plant?

We had a speaker at our OS meeting last night who was discussing color change on the same flowers. Said it is environmental and happens quite offen.

Of course, if these are separate plants (seedlings), I suppose genetics are the reason.
