My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Today the only seedpod that I had this year was ready and so the person that guesses the amount of seeds that came out of the seedpod will win 15 seeds. Please one guess per person and sorry but can only mail to people in U.S. Contest will end on Monday night and the closest

without going over will win. The seedpod came off of a pink plumeria and if I find the picture will post it. Here is a picture of the seeds. Seeds are not always true to the Mother plant. Barb
