I have looked into bumping out the bay window but it continues right down to my basement and the redoing the foundation for it would eat up a lot of my budget. My budget is $20,000 for the entire exterior, including landscaping so I am fairly limited. Ideally come up with a way to disguise the bay.

I think you should put your money into landscaping and stone work. A front entrance patio in front of the bay window would work well with your home, bringing the entrance forward and welcoming.

I didn't realize you had a large budget. I like your front door very much. Normally I advise a person to try to keep the garage doors as quiet as possible. Would you consider upgrading your garage doors so that they complement the front door? Then you could upgrade your front walk and steps to a natural stone. I like the color trim around the garage doors. Paint the other trim that color. Landscape in front of bay. All these details will take your eye off the bay window.

Trim out the bay window. Paint garage and front door a different color. Plant some small trees and plants closer to the front door. Stain the cement walkway a darker color.
