My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi- This project was completed in the DC Metro.

    With structural modifications, significant work to electrical and plumbing, all new appliances, cabinets, and wood flooring in portions of the room this project was between $50 and $60k. Could certainly be done for less - or for a higher cost - much of which depends on the original condition of the space in question and chosen finish selections and appliances.
