Generally the client or the designer chooses the specific paint color. The ceiling appears to be a standard white and the walls appear to be a neural tan. Lighting makes a big difference in how a wall or ceiling color looks. The best thing to do is to get a tester color and apply a little to the wall in the area you are thinking of painting.
