how does this work with a two-hole sink? do you glue the sprayer on?

i have a vintage two hole cast iron sink and want a faucet with a sprayer, can't tell how the sprayer attaches to the sink from the photos? do you glue it on or what?

    Hi, The hot and cold water pipe go thru the backsplash and the sprayer is in front of the backsplash. As for the sprayer hanger or the piece that holds the sprayer it attaches to a wall or the backsplash of the sink. Hope this helps? Nicholas
