Paint: Porter vs. Sherwin Williams - Specifically we have existing oil based paint for trim. We want to transition to water based in the future but find a cost effective solution. We were told by Sherwin Williams we can use ProClassic®
Interior Water based Acrylic-Alkyd Enamel to paint over it after sanding. Our painter suggested Porter Paint which has primer and paint combined option. Not sure if Porter paint has the same level quality as Sherwin Williams. And in this case whether it is a good solution.
