My first question would be if your chaise lounge could be reversed to the other side of the sofa? If yes, then all should be the middle of the room, approximately in the level of third balcony door counting from fireplace wall, thus chaise lounge is does not abstract your beautiful view which you may enjoy relaxing on it as well as still seeing the fire sparkling in fireplace; love seat should be places 90 degrees, approximately on level where desk niche starts, so one can see its back from the entrance, and I agree that sofa table would be nice behind it with some nice table lamps; still having space between both sofas to walk through. Chair and ottoman in corner by the bookcase to the left of media center to complete seating arrangement. Furthermore, bigger rug is a must design depending on your preference regarding style, however out of the rug design perhaps you may choose colors for accent pillows, other accessories and throws. Kids art looks better in frames, you an always up-date this "gallery" . I would suggest adult art regardless. Hope it helps.
