My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi baker44 - the majority of this garden has a Netafim drip irrigation system except the bed pictured here which still has sprinklers. The drip is far more effective at water distribution than the sprinklers in this garden.

    Is this drip system on top of the ground or under? We had an Australian designed one that was underground but terribly inefficient and eventually failed completely. I love your design here. Very inspiring in the more and more arid CA climate.
